Developing a Healthy Body Image by Cultivating a Positive Attitude

How does your body image affect you as a writer or online entrepreneur?


How you view your body image and your level of self esteem  may seem unrelated to your writing or working online.  But don't be fooled into thinking this way.  Having a negative body image and low self esteem will most surely have an influence on your overall productivity.  Everyone knows that when we feel good about ourselves, we seem to become invincible.  In our minds, there is nothing that we can't do.  This is the type of attitude that can help a freelancer stay focused and eventually succeed online.

On the other hand, if you are unhappy with your body image, you are probably unhappy with who you are as a whole.  Your body image simply has reference to how you personally feel about your appearance.  Many individuals actually end up cultivating a poor body image, based on one or two things that they consider to be a flaw.  Oftentimes, they will fail to factor into the equation all the many assets that they possess as well.
